Ultra Burn Exercise burns calories. Common sense tells us if you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. Let's dig a little deeper. If you walk for 1 hour a day and cover 3 miles during that hour, will only burn at most, 400 calories. If you did that every day, you're only going to lose less than a pound a week. Losing weight by exercise only is very difficult to sustain and the speed at which you lose weight is very slow.
